Investors contribute capital to the Trust, which is managed by Flumen Advisors LLP as Sponsor and Investment Manager. Orbis Trusteeship Services acts as Trustee, while Orbis Financial Services provides custodial and RTA services. Capital is invested in portfolio entities and distributions are made to investors upon realisation of investments.
